Cost: Cost will be in region of £600 per person, based on sharing a
twin room.
This is fully inclusive of flights,
taxes, coach transfers airport – hotel, 5 nights hotel, coach for run-out day,
and of course the concert venues etc.

Concerts: As usual, we will perform two
concerts: one will be in a central location in
Non-singers: Non-singing partners/friends are very
welcome to join us, and if travelling as part of the group, will be subject to
same costs as above.
Variance: a) Own arrangements for travel: If you
would like to join the tour and stay in the Ibis hotel, but will not need the
above flights, I will still need name and deposit at this stage (but please
mark flight not required). I will confirm total price to you in late September
(in region of £350-£400)
b) Independent: If you
will be joining us for the concerts but making own travel and hotel
arrangements, please let me know your name/voice part at this stage, but no
deposit is required. I will contact you
in late September to let you know the approximate amount of the usual overhead
charge (to cover Steven &

Insurance: Please note that personal travel
insurance is NOT included and each member will be responsible for payment to
ACS for the cost of their booking (as per Rayburn’s cancellation policy below).

To book: At this stage, all we need are total
numbers (including non-singing travellers) and deposits in order to book the
flights. Arrangements for hotel room
configurations can be done later in September. Exact (passport) names for
flights are not needed until 2011. I will be collecting booking forms and
deposits at rehearsal on Monday 13 September. Alternatively, or if you will not
be at that rehearsal, please send you booking form and cheque to me as below to
